  We require a minimum 30-night trial to allow your body to adjust to the new sleep surface before an exchange can be processed.

  Our team will perform a brief inspection to ensure the mattress is free from stains, tears, or damage, as a mattress protector must be used to maintain eligibility.

  Schedule Pickup or Swap

  Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our delivery team to pick up your current mattress and deliver your new selection.
